Your Facility Deserves More Than Surface-Level Clean
Most commercial cleaners in Rockwall make things look clean. We make them safe. Medical-facility protocols, color-coded sanitization, and 10,000+ hours of institutional training behind every visit.

Cleaning and Sanitizing Are Not the Same Thing
Most commercial cleaners carry one rag and one bottle of all-purpose cleaner. That single rag wipes the toilet, then the sink, then your desk. That’s not cleaning. That’s moving germs from surface to surface.
Sanitizing is the foundation of every cleaning we do. We focus on the touchpoints most cleaners walk right past: door handles, light switches, rails, the undersides of chairs. If someone in your facility touches it, sits on it, or breathes near it, we clean it with dedicated tools and a systematic process designed to prevent cross-contamination.
The Color-Coded System
Red: Bathrooms
Toilets and bathroom surfaces only. These rags and mops never touch another area of your building.
Yellow: Fixtures
Sinks, faucets, and water fixtures. Separate tools prevent cross-contamination between bathroom zones and common areas.
Green: Common Areas
Desks, tables, chairs, and hard surfaces. The spaces where people work, learn, and eat, cleaned with dedicated tools.
Blue: Glass
Windows, mirrors, and glass partitions. No overlap with any other cleaning task.
Why the System Matters
Walk into most cleaning supply closets and you’ll find one dirty rag in a bucket. That rag went from the toilet to the break room counter to the reception desk. The person who used it probably didn’t think twice.
Skin cells are the main component of dust. Those skin cells hold onto germs. When dust accumulates in vents and on surfaces, people inhale it and get sick. That’s how illness moves through a building without anyone understanding why.
Our color-coded system eliminates the guesswork. Every surface type gets its own dedicated tools. Every visit follows the same protocol. Cross-contamination stops before it starts.
Facilities We Serve
Schools and Daycares
Children touch everything. Their environments need medical-facility sanitization, not a quick wipe-down. We bring hospital-grade protocols to every classroom, cafeteria, and play area.
Medical Offices
Patients judge the quality of care by what they see and touch. We clean the surfaces most cleaners skip: undersides of chairs, equipment contact points, and the touchpoints where germs actually live.
Restaurants
Your guests notice cobwebs in the ceiling, streaky windows, and dust in the vents before the food arrives. We handle ongoing maintenance, deep cleaning, and pre-opening services with the same systematic attention
Office Buildings
Fifty people touch the same door handle every morning. We clean shared workspaces with the same protocols hospitals use, because generic janitorial is not enough for high-traffic environments.
10,000+ Hours of Institutional Training. Not a Side Hustle.
Mop Wringers was founded by Troy Linton, a cleaning professional trained by Howard County Public School Systems in Maryland. Howard County operates under medical-facility protocols—the same standards hospitals use to prevent cross-contamination and protect occupants. Troy spent years in that system, rising from custodian to night supervisor to day supervisor over an entire building.
That institutional experience is the foundation of everything we do. The color-coded system, the inspection checklists, the touchpoint methodology—all of it comes from years of supervised, accountable work inside facilities where cutting corners wasn’t an option.
When Troy launched Mop Wringers in Texas, the goal was straightforward: bring that same level of training and accountability to commercial facilities in Rockwall County.
Accountability Is Built Into Every Visit
We don’t ask you to trust us. We ask you to inspect our work.
Every service follows documented checklists developed during years of custodial supervision. We conduct random quality checks using the same systems Troy built as a building supervisor. And we ask clients to walk through the facility before we leave.
When the owner of Sauce and Vine in Rockwall pointed out everything that needed attention after a job, we went back and fixed every item. No excuses. No extra charge. That’s how we operate.
What Our Clients Say
The attention to detail is incredible. They find things other cleaners missed completely.
Finally, a cleaner who actually knows what they're doing. The systematic approach makes all the difference.
